Until further notice, we have removed Royal Mail services for England, Wales and Scotland.
In the meantime, we are providing DHL at our normal First Class cost (£4.50) or free on orders over £42.00.
Royal Mail Industrial Action dates
CWU national action for 48 hours on Wednesday 14th and Thursday 15th December
CWU national action for 48 hours on Friday 23rd and Saturday 24th December
Services like Special Delivery will not be guaranteed or refunded if delayed by the strike action.
PLEASE CONSIDER SELECTING DHL IF YOU REQUIRE URGENT DELIVERY.
If you have placed your order and wish to change the delivery method please contact us to discuss your options.
Items sent via Royal Mail that do not arrive are normally considered lost after five working days
(not including the date of despatch).
During the periods of industrial action, this is extended as outlined here.
