- You can use an electric fire stamp to mark wood, leather, cardboard, plastic, meat, bread, cork, veneer, chipboard, etc.
- Hold your fire stamp against the object you want to mark for a few moments. The result is a beautiful brown, fire-coloured print.
- For best results, first, make a test print to determine how long you should hold the branding stamp against your object.
- Brass, Steel or Stainless Steel base.
- A Steel base should be ordered when a greater force is required (marking pallets etc - steel is much harder than brass).
- A Stainless Steel base should be ordered when branding food.
- Supplied with table stand.
- Fitted with standard UK 3 pin plug.
- Warranty - Heating Tool: 60 days, Branding Head: 12 months.
Replacement Heating Tools: Heating Tools - Suitable for small workshops/businesses. For continuous or high volume use, please see our Posta Extreme range.
- The temperature of our electric fire stamps can rise to 400 to 450 Celsius. This can be too high for such surfaces as delicate woods, cardboard and leather. To limit the temperature we supply a mains voltage regulator as an optional extra. This also reduces the risk of overheating, which extends the life of your fire stamp.
- Instruction Leaflet
- How to order: Design your Branding Iron using your favourite software on your PC/Mac and then upload the file by clicking the "choose file" button.
- Brass and Steel Branding Irons are normally despatched within 1-2 weeks. Please allow 2-3 weeks for Stainless Steel.
- Use the 'Further instructions' text field if you'd like to tell us more about your layout/design, or if you require text only on your Branding Iron.
- Understanding Branding Iron Wattage: The majority of our Branding Irons are available in various wattages. For infrequent use or for branding items such as cardboard where high power isn’t required, we recommend ordering your iron with the lowest wattage available. For daily use and for branding items such as wood, we recommend ordering your iron with the highest wattage available.
- What does the Regulator do? As the name suggests, the Regulator will regulate the wattage to your Branding Iron. This is ideal for when you have a high wattage Branding Iron, but wish to lower the wattage for items such as cardboard. The Regulator will also extend the life of your Branding Iron, as by lowering the wattage, the heating elements are not being continually subjected to high power.
- Suitable for small workshops/businesses. For continuous or high volume use, please see our Posta Extreme range.
